Mailismus is an advanced and secure mail server packed with numerous anti-spam measures designed to provide detailed logging and auditing facilities, and just about every aspect of its operation is configurable.
It should be noted that Mailismus is a pure SMTP switch, which is to say that it does not act as a Message Store or provide destination mailboxes. It's function is solely to switch messages in and out, at high speed.
It can be used as an outgoing SMTP server, an MX secondary, or as a distribution point for incoming mail. It is secure, highly configurable, provides numerous anti-spam measures and offers extensive logging options.
